Visit the school's Admission portal to purchase form or buy directly from school. Registration fee: ₦10,000.

Pay, fill and submit the form along with other documents such as:
> 2 Passport photographs
> Photocopy of Immunization
> Photocopy of Birth Certificate
> Transcript or photocopies of past school results for three previous and consecutive years (if the prospect has been in school that long).

Parents are required to sign the form and attend an interview. (Entrance examination for prospect is required)

Pay acceptance fee (a stipulated percentage of the school fee), if offered admission.
